We built this 22 unit high-efficiency commercial condo building for small businesses and private collectors. All the units are tied into one power meter and one gas meter saving each unit servicing fees from Epcor and ATCO gas to help lower monthly overhead.
Each unit has its own in-floor heating loop so each unit can control the heat output to their own liking. We designed the building in a way that it gave each bay owner flexibility in out fitting their unit. Whether you want a big empty box, a mezzanine or a second floor we designed the building to help keep costs down for tenant outfit with pre-designed locations for beams and slab thickenings to help keep outfit costs lower by putting extra thought and building elements in during the construction of the building. These added features created thousands of dollars in savings for the owners of the bays during the tenant outfit.
